This page explains what the site collects, where it goes, and how long it stays there. It was written from the system itself, which is why it is short: the site collects almost nothing.
What is collected
The site has one form, the contact form, and that is the only thing here that collects anything. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and nothing is sold on this site.
Two technical fields travel with the form to filter automated submissions: a hidden field a person never fills in, and the timestamp of the moment the form opened. Both are checked on arrival and neither is kept.
- Name
- Required. So we know who to answer.
- Required. This is where the reply goes.
- Business name
- Optional.
- Phone
- Optional.
- Topic
- Optional. Chosen from a fixed list.
- Message
- Required. Whatever you write to us.
Why it is collected
To get back to you, and for nothing else. The details are used to read the enquiry and answer it.
There is no mailing list and no marketing. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for advertising.
Where it goes
The form is submitted to the site's server, which sends one email to our business inbox. The sending itself runs through Resend, an email delivery service that processes the message in the United States.
So the message leaves Israel in two places: at Resend on the way, and in the inbox itself, which is operated by Google.
How long it is kept
On the site itself: not at all. There is no database of enquiries and no file of them. What you write in the form is passed on, not stored here.
At Resend: 30 days. That is the retention window the service publishes for the plan we use, and it covers the content of the message. The figure was checked on 20 August 2026 and will be checked again if the plan changes.
In the business inbox: the enquiry sits there like any other email, for as long as it is relevant to our conversation with you. You can ask us to delete it, and we will.
Cookies, measurement, and third parties
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or measurement tool of any kind, and carries no pixels, share buttons, or embedded widgets.
Even the fonts are served from our own server rather than loaded from an external network. Opening a page here makes no request to anyone else's server.
Server logs
The server hosting this site produces technical access logs, as every web server does, and those include IP addresses. They are used for operations and security only, and they are not linked to enquiries sent through the form.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your details
Since there is no database, what exists on our side is the email we received. You can write to us and ask to see what we hold, correct a detail, or delete the enquiry entirely.
Write to graphid@gmail.com. We answer within two business days.
Links and products
This document covers the MOMENTUM website only. ContentOS, InstantFit, and Meuzanim have their own sites, and each has its own policy.
Following a link out of this site takes you to a different service, which this document does not govern. That includes WhatsApp, which is a Meta service.
Changes to this document
If something in the system changes (a new field on the form, a different provider, storage somewhere new), this page is updated with it. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
